Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble launches on June 25—that’s next week! If our preview the other day wasn’t enough to entice you, then perhaps these freshly revealed DLC characters will do the trick. Axel of Crazy Taxi fame and Beat from Jet Set Radio will both be coming to the game as part of its SEGA Pass DLC. Here are the trailers for the pair:
The SEGA Pass sells for $24.99, while individual character purchases (remember, Sonic, Knuckles, Amy, and Tails are also coming to Banana Rumble) are $4.99 apiece. If you buy the Digital Deluxe version of Banana Rumble, you get all of the SEGA Pass DLC for a reduced cost. So, if you’re interested in some or all of these characters, you have options. Both Axel and Beat are playable in the game’s Adventure and Battle Modes, with the former turning the course bananas into coins and the latter transforming them into spray cans.
